Ingredients: White fungus, red dates, dried snow pear, longan, goji berries, lily, rhizome (reed), plum, rock sugar
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place or refrigerate
How to use
Rinse ingredients and soak for 30 minutes. Add meat or vegetables if desired. Place all ingredients in a pot with about 2.5L of water (serves 2–5 people). Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 2–3 hours. Add salt to taste. (Can also be boiled without meat for a daily drink.)
