SHIPPING RATES & INFORMATION
Free Standard shipping on all orders of $88+. Valid for the contiguous 48 U.S. states (excluded Alaska and Hawaii). Free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada on all orders of $150 or more. If the subtotal is less than $88, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will be charged at $14.99.
NESTLADY offers Standard, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight Air shipping, delivering Monday-Thursday throughout the United States. We do not accept any Overnight or Second Day shipping orders after 5 pm on Thursday. When holidays, orders will be shipped on the first day of the working day. Next Day Air Shipping will be charged at $30, and 2nd Day Air shipping will be charged at $25 (Valid for the contiguous 48 U.S. states, excluded Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada).
Instant Bird Nest is not included in Free Shipping. Any order with an Instant Bird Nest product, will be charged $30 for FedEx Overnight Shipping (contiguous 48 U.S. states). Free Local pickup for Instant Bird Nest is available, and an appointment is needed. We will stop accepting any Instant Bird Nest orders after 5 pm on Wednesday, because we need one day to prepare Instant Bird Nest Product.
Your order will be shipped one or two days after placing the order, depending on how many orders we are handling. We will try our best to fulfill your order in a timely manner. You should receive your order within 3-5 business days. When holidays, orders will be shipped on the first day of the working day. If you don’t receive it, please contact us and we will track it down for you.
U.S. P.O. Boxes are delivered via Standard shipping. For orders to US Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Standard shipping will deliver your package via USPS Priority Mail. We also ship to Canada and Canadian P.O. Boxes.
For high-value items, our company will default to a signature-required delivery service. We do not purchase additional shipping insurance unless requested by the customer. If an item is lost in transit but has a proof of delivery, our company will not be responsible for the loss.
We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges unless due to company error.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY INFORMATION
1. All return requests must be submitted to NESTLADY Inc. Please email our customer service team at help@nestlady.com to request a return. Please be sure to provide us with your order number, picture of the product (if requested), quantity, and the reason for the return.
- If returning for personal reasons, the item must be in new and unopened condition in order to qualify for return, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item. Opened or products no longer in “New” condition may result in a 15% restocking fee or more, or refusal of return service at NESTLADY’s sole discretion.
- Opened Bird Nest products, no longer in “New” condition, are not eligible for return.
- INSTANT BIRD NESTS are not eligible for return.
- Please make sure that all contents of your product including the item itself, all accessories, all packaging materials, all instruction manuals and documentations, and any free gift if it was part of the combo. Any missing articles may result in delayed processing or rejection of your return request.
2. Once we’ve received your returns, it may take up to 3-5 business days for us to inspect and process your return. Your refund will be issued upon completion of the inspection of your return, and the funds will be issued back to the original form of payment used for the order.
