SHIPPING RATES & INFORMATION

Free Standard shipping on all orders of $88+. Valid for the contiguous 48 U.S. states(excluded Alaska and Hawaii . Free AlaskaHawaii and Canada shipping on all orders of $150+. If Subtotal Less than $88,  Alaska、Hawaii and Canada will be charge $14.99.

 

NESTLADY offers Standard, 2nd Day Air and Overnight Air shipping, delivering Monday-Thursday throughout the United States. We are not accept any Overnight and second day shipping order after 5pm on Thursday. When holidays, order will be shipped on the first day of working day. Next Day Air Shipping will be charge on $30, and 2nd Day Air shipping will be charge on $25 (Valid for the contiguous 48 U.S. states, excluded AlaskaHawaii and Canada).

 

Instant Bird Nest is not including in Free Shipping. Any order with Instant Bird Nest product, We will charge $30 for FedEx Over Night Shipping(contiguous 48 U.S. states) . Free Local pickup for Instant Bird Nest is available, and appointment is needed. We will stop accept any Instant Bird Nest order after Wednesday 5pm, because we need one day to prepare Instant Bird Nest Product.

 

Your order will be shipped one or two days after placing the order, depending on how many orders we are handling. We will try our best to fulfill your order in a timely manner. You should receive your order within 3-5 business days. When holidays, order will be shipped on the first day of working day. If you dont receive it, please contact us and we will track it down for you.

 

U.S. P.O.Boxes are delivered via Standard shipping. For orders to US Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, Standard shipping will deliver your package via USPS Priority Mail. We also ship to Canada and Canadian P.O. Boxes

 

We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges unless due to company error.

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & WARRANTY INFORMATION

1. All returns must request to NESTLADY Inc. Please email our customer service team at help@nestlady.com to request return. Please be sure to provide us with your order number, picture of the product (If requested), quantityand the reason for the return.

If returning for personal reasonthe item must be in new and unopened condition in order to qualify for returnand the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item. Opened or product no longer in “New” conditionmay result in a 15% restocking fee or moreor refusal of return service at NESTLADY’s sole discretion.

Bird Nest product Opened and no longer in “New” condition are not allow to request any return.

 

INSTANT BIRD NESTS not allow to request any return 

 

 

Please make sure that all contents of your product includingthe item itselfall accessoriesall packaging materialsall instruction manuals and documentationsand any free gift if it was part of the combo. Any missing articles may result in delay processing or rejection of your return request

2. Once we’ve received your returns, it may take up to 3-5 business days for us to inspect and process your return. Your refund will be issued upon completion of inspection of your return, and the fund will be issue back to the original form of payment that the order was placed.

We do not cover the costs of return shipping charges unless due to company error.

加急邮寄:

NESTLADY提供美国48个州的加急隔日件和次日件服务(不包括Alaska/Hawaii/加拿大)。我们将会在星期一至星期四发出。星期五不提供加急服务,因为运输公司周末工作时效较慢。隔夜件我们将会收取$30的费用,次日件将会收取$25, 可自行在结账时选择邮寄运输的方式。.如遇国定假期邮局休假,将顺延至下单后的第一个工作日发货

特殊商品:

1. 任何包括即食鲜炖产品的订单,仅限美国地区配送,我们将收取overnight $30的邮寄费用。如果客户同时订购即食鲜炖及普通货品,运费将按照overnight $30收取。
2. 我们将于非节假日的周一到周四安排发货,周三下午5:00后的订单将于下周一发货。因为即食鲜炖产品需要提前1天准备食材,每天下午500前的订单次日发货,当日5:00pm以后的订单将于次日新鲜泡发炖煮,再由次日发货。
3. .如遇国定假期邮局休假,将顺延至下单后的第一个工作日发货

 

配送说明

订单处理

NESTLADY的订单派送工作日为周一 至周五(节假日除外)。我们需要12个工作日处理并发送您的订单,在订单高峰期,我们可能需要额外的5个工作日处理您的订单。

因如下情况造成订单延迟或无法配送等,本站将无法承担迟延配送的责任:

1. 如果您订单的产品缺货时,可能会延误您的订单发送。
2.客户提供错误信息和不详细的地址。
3.货物送达无人签收,由此造成的重复配送所产生的费用及相关的后果。
4.不可抗力,例如:自然灾害、交通戒严、突发战争等。

 

 

 

核实配送

请在确认订单时务必核实您的订单资料-- 名字,收货地址(邮编,城市,国家),账单地址等。如果您的订单信息有误,将耽误您的订单进度。希望您及时与NESTLADY客服联系。

 

 

退换政策

退货流程

第一步,申请退货:

1. 请在退货前先将退货申请发至我们的客服邮箱help@nestlady.com
2. 请您在退货申请里提供您的订单号码、商品名称、数量、以及详细退货原因,客服人员会在1-3个工作日内为您跟进处理

3.如有商品破损、错发、漏发问题,我们会根据情况请您提供商品的清晰照片等相关信息。在确认问题以后,您可以申请补发或退款

4.除了因产品原因的问题,因个人原因退货,运费须由客户自行承担。

 

第二步,退货寄回亚米网:

退货时请将原包装,商品本身,配件,等一并退回,如有赠品也需退还。 如有缺失,则主商品无法全额退款。

如果在退货申请批准后的15个工作日内没有将商品寄回,退货申请将会被取消

 

第三步,完成退换货处理:

NESTLADY在收到退货包裹、检查确认无误后 ,将会通过邮件通知您并办理退款,或补发事宜:

对于声明未开封使用的退回商品,客服将在收到退回商品后进行核查,一旦确认完好无损将会及时办理退款或补发。

如商品有拆封或使用,会根据情况收取15%或更高的商品折旧费,或将商品寄还给您。

 

不予办理退换的情况

1. 商品质量问题:

如果是因商品质量问题退货,nestlady可以提供免费Return Shipping Label.

• 商品错发

• 商品过期
• 商品本身出现无法正常操作、使用等质量问题

 

2. 个人原因:

如果是由于个人原因退货,运费须由客户自行承担。包括但不限于以下情况:

• 商品重复购买,错买,或购买后不再需要

• 商品尺寸,颜色等不适合(网站商品图片仅供参考,请与实物为准)

• 物流等外在因素导致包裹未能及时送达

• 包裹送达,无人签收;或者包裹留置在物流点,无人取件

• 因个人喜好,购买后发现商品不符合需求
