About Spring Limited Edition Dried Asian Globeflower 5A Bird's Nest

This Spring Limited Edition set features premium 5A bird’s nest paired with delicately selected Asian globeflower, bringing together two treasured ingredients in a refined presentation.

Inspired by seasonal freshness and traditional culinary heritage, this elegant combination offers a smooth, delicate texture alongside a light floral aroma. Carefully curated for both enjoyment and presentation, it is ideal for personal indulgence or as a thoughtful gift.

How to use

1. Take about 3~5 grams of stewed bird's nest every day, eat it early on an empty stomach, for the best absorption effect

2. 2 doses per week for 20-25 years old; 3 doses per week for 25-30 years old; 4 or more per week after 30 years old

3. The dosage can also be eaten with various ingredients according to personal preference. Such as milk, fish maw, saponified rice, coconut milk, papaya and other fruits

4. It is best to use purified soft water and pure water for soaking bird's nest, and use cold water. Soaking in warm water and hot water will cause the nutrient content of bird's nest to be lost. The water quality is also very demanding. Never use tap water. Ordinary tap water is hard water with bleaching powder and chlorine, which will affect the foaming efficiency of bird's nest.

5. The best time to eat bird's nest is on an empty stomach in the morning or before going to bed at night. The stewed bird's nest is more easily absorbed.
