Any orders including ready-to-eat fresh-cooked products are limited to delivery within the United States.

We will arrange shipments on weekdays (except holidays) from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed after 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday. Because ready-to-eat fresh-cooked products require one day's preparation of ingredients, orders placed before 5:00 p.m. will be shipped the next day, and orders placed after 5:00 p.m. will be freshly boiled and stewed the next day and shipped the following day.

If there is a national holiday during which the post office is closed, shipments will be delayed until the first working day after the order is placed.

If the ready-to-eat bird's nest is damaged or spoiled due to failed delivery attempts or delayed pickup by the customer after shipment, we regret that we will not be able to offer a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
