How to Enjoy
- Rinse sea cucumber, bird’s nest, and morchella gently
- Soak in clean water for 12–24 hours (refrigerated recommended)
- Change water 1–2 times during soaking
- Soak until fully softened
- Sea cucumber: remove inner impurities and rinse
- Bird’s nest: remove any visible debris
- Morchella: rinse thoroughly inside and out
- Place all ingredients into a pot or stewing container
- Add enough water to cover the ingredients
- Simmer on low heat for 1.5–2 hours
Storage
Keep refrigerated after opening.
