Ingredients: Soybean, daylily buds, kudzu root, lily bulb, lotus seeds, solomon’s seal (yuzhu)
A classic Cantonese soup blend – can be cooked with meat or as a vegetarian broth, lightly refreshing
Rinse ingredients, soak for 30 minutes before use
Add meat or vegetables as desired. Place all ingredients in a pot with about 2.5L of water (serves 2–5 people). Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 45–60 minutes. Add salt to taste
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from light.
