Ingredients: Coconut (sea coconut), fig, dried snow pear, tiger milk mushroom, almond, dried tangerine peel (chenpi), red date, honey date
Pre-portioned soup pack – easy to prepare
A classic Cantonese-style soup, gently sweet and mellow
Rinse ingredients, soak for 30 minutes before use
Add meat or vegetables as desired. Place all ingredients in a pot with about 2.5L of water (serves 2–5 people). Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 45–60 minutes. Add salt to taste
Storage: Keep in a cool, dry place away from light.
