Brewing: Suitable for hot or cold brewing. Recommended: gaiwan or purple clay pot, 5–8g leaves, 100°C (212°F) water (tea-to-water ratio approx. 1:15–20). Steep first 3 infusions quickly, then gradually extend time. For cold brew: add leaves to a bottle of water and refrigerate.
